Marg,  Pauline (29 November 1877 - 21 June 1955) 
 

Mrs. Pauline Marg, 77, died Tuesday, June 21, at her home at 6 South Hewett Street, Neillsville. 
 

Funeral service will be held Friday, June 24, at 2:00 p.m. from St. John’s Lutheran Church.  The Rev. Alfred Schewe will officiate.  Interment will be in the Neillsville City Cemetery.  The body, in charge of the Georgas Funeral Home, will be taken to the church Friday noon. 
 

Mrs. Marg was born November 29, 1877, in Germany, to Carl and Anna (Gabriel) Kupka. She came to the U. S. with her parents when she was five years old and had resided in Clark County since 1882.  She worked in Chicago during her girlhood.  On March 27, 1900, she was married to Frank Marg, Sr., at Neillsville.  They farmed in the Town of Pine Valley.  Mrs. Marg had made her home the past several years with her daughter, Mrs. Meta Hanby. 
 

Survivors are four children, Paul Marg of Eau Claire; Walter Marg of Black River Falls; Kurt Marg, Neillsville; and Mrs. Meta Hanby of Neillsville; one sister, Mrs. Anna Reich, Neillsville; and one brother Charles Kupka, Neillsville, R4; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
