Plautz, Jeanette Ann (Marriage - 10 September 1955)

Upon their return from a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin and Michigan, the new Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lange, who were married September 10 at the Holy Family Church in Willard, will reside at 1202 College Ave. Houghton, Mich.

Large bouquets of gladioli and pompons in fall arrangements of bronze to yellow decorated the altar as Miss Jeanette Ann Plautz and Roger Lange repeated their marriage vows.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. John Plautz of Willard and Mr. and Mrs. Mozart Lange of Wausau.

When the bride was presented in marriage by her father she was wearing a gown of white imported Dupioni silk in chapel length with a brush train. She carried a bouquet of white stephanotis and mums tied with white ribbon.

Attending the bride were Avis Lunka of Willard and Fern Arnold of Chicago, friends of the bride.  The groom’s attendants were George Plautz of Greenwood; Gene Lambrecht of Pittsburgh; and Philip and Paul Plautz of Willard.

The bride is a graduate of the Greenwood High School and St. Mary’s School of Nursing at Wausau.  She has been on St. Mary’s Hospital staff for the past two years and will be employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Hancock, Mich.

The groom is a third-year engineering student at Michigan College of Mining and Technology at Houghton.
