Aumann, Mary Angeline (Marriage - 13 July
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in
Neillsville was the scene of the 9:30 nuptials Saturday that united
in marriage Miss Mary Angeline Aumann and Antone Langreck.
The Rev. J. Eisenmann performed the double ring ceremony before an
altar banked with orchid and yellow majestic daisies.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Walter Aumann, Sr., of Neillsville, was given in marriage by her
father. She approached the altar dressed in a floor-length
Chantilly imported lace and tulle over slipper satin gown. The full
bouffant skirt was fashioned with a lace peplum cascading down the
back and fastened with a large tulle bow. The fitted bodice was
designed with a Sabrina neckline trimmed with iridescent
sequins. The long, fitted sleeves buttoned at the wrists and
came to a point over the hand. Her fingertip veil of illusion
edged in lace was fastened to a clip cap of lace and tulle
pleating, trimmed with pearls and sequins. She carried a
white prayer book with a white orchid and stephanotis. Showers were
entwined with stephanotis.
Miss Marilyn Hubing served as her maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Judy Meyer and Miss Pat
Bestman for the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Francis Langreck, Sr., of Rt. 3, Neillsville, was Walter Auman,
Jr., brother of the bride. Groomsmen were Francis Langreck,
Jr., and Eugene Langreck, brothers of the groom. Ushers were
Charles Aumann, Robert Langreck and Marvin Aumann.
Music was furnished by the senior choir
of St. Mary’s, accompanied by Mrs. Matt Gassen at the

approximately 180 guests was held at the American Legion
Hall. The hall and tables were decorated with lavender, green
and yellow streamers and white wedding bells and baskets of

left on a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin and Canada. On
their return they will reside at 206 Oak Street
The bride is a 1957 graduate of
Neillsville High School and St. Mary’s school. Her
husband also is a graduate of St. Mary’s and operates a milk
