4-H, Pleasant Ridge (1957) 
 

The Pleasant Ridge 4-H Club held a general meeting July 17, at the Grant Town Hall.  The meeting was called to order by Bernard Enkro.  Flag pledges were said and roll call taken. The minutes of the last meeting were read and the treasurer’s report was read.  Fair entry blanks were filled out. 
 

It was decided to put a booth under the grandstand at the fair.  The girl’s club tour, which was held July 19, and the club picnic, which was July 21, was discussed.  Monday evening, July 22, there was a float meeting at the Grant Town hall. 
 

Club tour was July 23; style revue is July 30 at Greenwood.  July 29, there is an automotive meeting at Svetlik Motor Company. The next meeting will be held July 31, at the Grant Town hall.  This will be the last chance to fill out fair entry blanks. - Nancy Huckstead, Club Reporter.
