Athletic Exhibition (19 February 1904)


An athletic exhibition will take place at the opera hall Friday evening, Feb. 19th, consisting of club swinging by W. P. Hart of Eau Claire, ball and Indian club work by young Montgomery of Eau Claire, some amateur athletics of local talent, and to close with six rounds of exhibition boxing by Ben Tremble of Los Angeles, Cal., and "The Terrible Swede," of St. Paul.  It will be a novel entertainment, and there will be a carload of men from Marshfield in attendance.
