Granton, Wisconsin (9 July 1959)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hoeft and Nancy, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Art Schlinsog and children, spent the weekend at Pike Lake.  Mr. and Mrs. Hoeft and son drove Thursday to Wisconsin Dells, where they were met by Mr. and Mrs. Bill Smith of Darlington and toured the Dells.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Garbisch and son, Sheboygan, were weekend guests of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Garbisch.

 

The Rev. and Mrs. L. E. Schreiber and family left Monday on a vacation trip to Onconta, N. Y., where they will visit her mother and two sisters.

 

Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis and family, Galesville, spent the weekend at Pike Lake with the Hoeft and Schlinsog families.  Mr. and Mrs. Lewis are former residents of the village.

 

Mrs. Anita Landgraf and her sister, Mrs. Rosetta Meyer and son, Bill, and friend, Miss Rita Hannan, spent the weekend with their brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Treu of Appleton, at the Treu cottage on Wheeler flowage, near Thompson.
