Sherwood, Wisconsin (6 August 1959)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Freedlund and family have been visiting the Chester Freedlunds and other relatives.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Schade are on a trip to the Black Hills.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Snedaker and children of Chicago left Saturday for Joliet, Ill., and from there will go home.  They spent two weeks at the Francis Jacobson home.

 

Mrs. Dewey Ziemendorf entertained the Community club recently.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Burright and children of Rockford, Ill., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Freedlund.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lawson visited in Buffalo County Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Brinkmeier and grandsons were overnight guests at the Ralph Scholtz home Sunday and called at Francis Jacobson’s Monday.

 

Mrs. Francis Jacobson had minor surgery at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville Monday.

 

Everybody is busy cutting oats or threshing.

 

Becky Todd and Beverly Jacobson of Madison were home for the weekend.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Cattanach of Lindsey were Sunday Guests of the Bert Todd’s. Danny Cattanach returned home with them after a few days visit with his grandparents.

 

Roy Lawrence visited from Thursday until Monday with the Francis Jacobsons.
