Zdrojkowski, Ignatz (24 DEC 1880 - SEP 1956)

 

Funeral services were conducted by Father Eugene Knopka at 10 o’clock Thursday morning at St. Stanislaus Church of Lublin, Wis., for Ignatz Zdrojkowski, 75, who passed away at the Marshfield hospital following a stroke.

 

Mr. Zdrojkowski, who was born in Poland on Dec. 24, 1880, came to America in the year 1900.  He spent most of his life on a farm in the Town of Taft, northwest of Thorp.

 

He was united in marriage on Oct. 4, 1911 to Frances Swinarski at St. Hedwig’s Church, Thorp.  He and his wife retired from active farming several years ago.

 

He is survived by his wife and one son, Joe, on the home farm, three daughters, Mabel, Mrs. Martin Harycki of Greenwood, Wis., Jean, Mrs. Joe Biernat of Kenosha, Wis., and Harriet, Mrs. Joe Wisniewski of Chicago, and thirteen grandchildren.

 

Interment took place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Lublin.  Pallbearers were John Zdrojkowski, Ted Kaszubowski, Joe Losiewicz, Frank Winiarczyk, Walter Burzynski and Stanley Blasczyk.

 

Relatives and friends from out of town who attended the funeral of Ignatz. Zdrojkowski at Lublin on Thursday were: Mrs. Stella Budlewski, Mrs. Joe Budlewski, Mrs. Susan Berger and Mrs. Victory Topszewski and daughter of Hatley, Joe Swinarski and son Jim, and Stella Harycki of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Garbarski and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wisniewski and daughter of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Biernat and daughter of Kenosha, Sgt. And Mrs. Henry J. Graf of El Paso, Texas, Frank Harycki of Whitewater, Wis.
