Przybylski, Michael F. #2 (29 SEP 1871 - 12 JAN 1957)

 

Last rites were held at St. Hedwig’s Chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Jan. 16th for Michael F. Przybylski, 85, Rev. Connie Chilicki officiating.  Mr. Przybylski, a retired farmer, died after a short illness at the Stanley hospital on Saturday Jan. 12th, 1957.

 

He was born in Poland on Sept. 29, 1871 and came to America in the year 1886.  He resided in Valatie, N.Y. for five years.  In 1891 he moved to Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. and settled on a farm in the Town of Withee, where he lived and operated the same farm for 47 years.

 

On Nov. 14th, 1898 he was united in marriage to Mary Papierniak at Thorp, Wis., in St. Hedwig’s Church.

 

Michael Przybylski made his retirement from the City of Thorp in the year 1938.

 

Besides his wife Mary, he is survived by two sons, William and John of Thorp, Wis., one daughter, Anna Markowski of Thorp, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  One daughter, Stella, passed away in infancy.  One brother, Val, preceded him in death in 1946.

 

He was laid to rest in St. Hedwig’s new parish cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were Virgil Schmitt, George Wartolec, Paul Konieczny, John Zdrojkowski, Joe Pabich and William Zukowski.
