Dahnert, Daisy (9 October 1882 - 17 March 1960)

Funeral services were conducted Monday from the Georgas Funeral Home for Mrs. Daisy (Glass) Dahnert, 77, of Neillsville, who died Thursday in Superior.  Mrs. Albert Sollberger, reader of the Frist Christian Science Church here, officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mrs. Dahnert was born October 9, 1882, in Neillsville.  She was the daughter of the late Louis J. and Cornelia (Trumbull) Glass, and received her education in the Neillsville schools.  She did millinery work in Minnesota for several years prior to her marriage to the late William F. Dahnert on July 1, 1919. She resided here since her marriage and for the last several years had been in poor health.

Her only surviving relatives are three nieces.

Pallbearers were: Robert Frantz, Henry Wallace, Newton Toptine, E. H. Snyder, W. G. Meier and Warren Hemp.  Mrs. Virgil Holmes and Herbert C. Feig, Jr., sang two hymns, "Beyond the Sunset" and "Face to Face."  They were accompanied by Mrs. T. N. Thompson.
