Camp, Hattie (6 JAN 1898 - 19? APR 1957)

 

Mrs. Hattie B. Camp, 85, died a week ago Friday morning at the home of Mrs. William Timmonds, 8th Av., Stanley.  Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church at 2 p.m. a week ago Tuesday.

 

The Rev. Cecil Ward officiated and burial was in the Oakland Cemetery.

 

She was born in Hamilton Co., Indiana on Jan. 6, 1898.  She married Will Camp at Valton, Wis.  They moved to the Town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.) in 1911 and farmed there until 1945 when they retired and moved to Stanley.  For the past three years, Mrs. Camp, an invalid, had made her home with Mrs. Timmonds.

 

Surviving are her husband, Chippewa Falls; two sons, Harold of Menomonie and Clifford of River Falls; a brother, Oren Hutchens of Oskaloosa, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Peterson of Baraboo, Mrs. Edith Bauer of LaValle, Wis., and Miss Edith Hutchens of Iowa; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
