Grandma Daisy, as she was known by her grandchildren, enjoyed gardening, flowers, caring for birds and animals, and was exceptionally talented in creating art work and floral arrangements. In recent years she was cared for by her son, Donno, at his home in the Wisconsin countryside she loved.

Daisy was preceded in death by her husband Louis in 1989; a son, Louis Van Dake Jr. who died at birth; her parents; and two sisters, Olla (Earl) Robinson and Gladys Holcomb.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, December 31, 2010, at Curtiss Alliance Church, 1106 North Meridian St. Curtiss, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Pastor Carl Swarr will officiate.
