Kammerer, Katherine (Hip Fracture –28 February 1961)
Mrs. Katherine Kammerer, 82, was moved to Memorial Hospital by ambulance Saturday, where she was treated for a fractured right hip. She fell while walking from the house to the barn at the farm of her son, Joe, west of the Black River.
She had not been outside the house during the last five weeks and her son found her as he was returning from the barn.
Mrs. Mary White of Neillsville is a daughter. She spent Friday and Saturday at the Kammerer farm assisting with the care of her mother.
