Walter Schlinsog returned Friday from a four-day trip to Peoria, Ill.
Mr. and Mrs. Elery Moberg of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Scholtz of Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Clarion Counsell were Sunday supper guests at the Clifford Blackman home.
Mrs., Genevieve Hantke and daughter, and Miss Hilda Kurth were Sunday dinner guests of Miss Elsie Wolf in Neillsville.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarion Counsell were Tuesday evening visitors at the Walter Larsen home.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Suckow were hosts Friday evening to their sheepshead club. Prizes were won by Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lezotte, Mrs. Robert Kunze and Calvin Gerhardt.
Saturday’s snowstorm curtailed visiting over the weekend, so news is very limited this week. Residents are convalescing from strained muscles and sore backs from shoveling their way out through the drifts.
Wednesday visitors at the Arnold Drescher home were Mr. and Mrs. Allie Cournoyer, and Joe Radlinger, all of Marshfield.
Leonard Drescher is assisting with the chores at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Drescher, both of whom have been ill.
