Harrellson, Gertrude (3 JUN 1925 - 11 FEB 2011)
DORCHESTER -- Gertrude Harrellson, 85, of Dorchester died Feb. 11, 2011, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
She was born June 3, 1925, in Ogema to Erick and Gerda (Nelson) Anderson. Gertrude married Tom Harrellson on Oct. 21, 1950, in Mt. Clemens, Mich. She was part-owner of Seidel Bros. Inc. until it was sold in 1971. She devoted the rest of her life to her family.
Gertrude is lovingly survived by her son, Gerald (Penny) Harrellson, and daughter, Pamela Harrellson, both of Dorchester; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom.
Services will take place at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Dorchester on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at 1 p.m., with a visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of service at the church in Dorchester. Inurnment will take place in Hillside Cemetery in Ogema at a later date.
The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home of Dorchester is assisting the family with arrangements.
