Pleasant Ridge (22 February 1962)


The Pleasant Ridge Homemakers will meet Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Glenn Short.


Mrs. Lewis Scholtz, Neillsville, visited Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Clifford Blackman.


Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Marty and children visited Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Gerhardt and family.


Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Short and family, Neillsville, spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Short.


Mrs. Arne Eisentraut and Dixie of Rockford, Ill., visited part of last week and this week; with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Eisentraut and also with her father, Rex Krejci in Neillsville.  Debbie, who has spent the last two weeks with her grandparents, will accompany her mother and sister home the latter part of this week.  Mrs. Eisentraut was called here by the death of her nephew, DeWayne Krejci.


Art Hubing and son-in-law, Larry Babka, visited last weekend in Stoughton, returning home Sunday with Mrs. Babka and baby.  They had spent a week at the Bradley Hubing home.


Mrs. Genevieve Hantke and Mrs. Emma Krueger, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kuechenmeister and Duane spent Thursday afternoon in Stevens Point with Oscar Hantke, who is in a hospital there.
