Raymond Moore, brother of the groom, of Black River Falls, serving as best man, and Ralph Moore of Beloit and Claire Enerson of Black River Falls, groomsmen, wore black trousers and white dinner jackets.

The mother of the bride attended her daughter’s wedding in a soft moss green lace sheath with matching accessories.  The mother of the groom wore a briarwood lace sheath with matching jacket.

Guests were ushered by Jeffrey Mathewson, brother of the bride, and Claire Enerson.

Arlyn Mills, accompanied by Miss Karen Potocnik, sang "Because" and "The Lord’s Prayer."

Following the ceremony a reception was held in the church parlors and later in the evening at the Woodland Hotel.

Aunts of the bride, Mrs. Celand Melbinger and Mrs. E.A. Swanson, Milwaukee, poured; Mrs. Donald Mathewson and daughter, Mardelle were in charge of the wedding cake; Mrs. Eugene Sullivan, Sheffield, Iowa, and daughter, Mrs. Fred O’Harrow, Mason City, Iowa, and Miss Joan Grimes were in charge of the punch.  Gifts were opened by Mrs. Ralph Moore and Miss Jane Strokirch.  Mrs. Norman Mathewson, Thorp, cared for the guest book.
