Yvonne C. Kirn, 72, Willard, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 9, 2011. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 14, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Greenwood.

Yvonne Jackson was born on May 3, 1939, in Neillsville, the daughter of Robert and Genevieve (nee Hanson) Jackson. She attended school in Greenwood. She married Roger Kirn on Feb. 21, 1959. She worked at Neillsville Middle School as a teacher’s aid for more than 30 years. She also enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, and watching the Braves.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, Roger; seven children, Debbie Knoff, Oak Creek, Dennie Kirn, Greenwood, Jim (Janet) Kirn, Greenwood, Bruce Kirn, Greenwood, Darlene (Robert) Scheuerman, Greenwood, Diane Kirn, Marshfield, and Mary Kirn, Marshfield; 11 grandchildren’ nine great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister. She will truly be missed.
