Neillsville Locals (24 May 1962)


Jon Swenson, who teaches in Oxford High School, went to Minneapolis last week, where he passed his physical examination for entrance into the army.  He also visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Swenson, here.


Ordie Marshall returned home Thursday from a Madison hospital, where he had been under treatment two weeks.


Mrs. Otto J. Warren entered Memorial Hospital Friday for treatment.


Sandy and David Olson of Loyal visited their grandfather, Herman J. Olson, last weekend while their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Olson of Loyal, visited relatives in Chicago.


Mr. and Mrs. Archie "Red" Van Gorden have returned from Jupiter, Fla., where they spent the winter. They are located at their cottage on Lake Arbutus.


Mrs. Lillian Schweinler is visited Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bruhn.


Mr. and Mrs. Welton Brooks and family of Milwaukee visited his mother, Mrs. Della Brooks, last weekend.


Donald Ruedy of River Falls was home last weekend.


Mona Hoesly, Eau Claire visited Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Hoesly and Allan last weekend.


Mr. And Mrs. Old Aspen entertained William and Georgeana Schulz of the Town of Hewett and the Rev. W. C. Koehler of Fort Atkinson last weekend.
