Around Clark County (16 August 1962)


Mrs. Emilie Fijalkiewicz of the Town of Warner, Mrs. Irene Englebretson and Mrs. Leona Albertson of Greenwood have completed summer studies in Eau Claire.


Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mayer of Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Abrahamson of Fairchild are on an auto trip to Nashville, Tenn., and to scenic spots in Indiana and Ohio.


Carol Horehled, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Horehled and Karen Trachte, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Trachte, of Washburn are planning to enter Eau Claire Vocational School Sept.10.  They were graduated from Neillsville High School in May.


Barbara Iverson is a patient in Milwaukee hospital, where surgeons plan to operate on an infected ankle. Barbara spent many months in a Madison hospital two years ago, but had been much improved.  Infection similar to her earlier difficulty returned during the past few weeks.  Her mother, Mrs. Rudolph Morvak, is with her in Milwaukee.


Mr. and Mrs. Marion Kluckhohn and family visited last week at Bayfield on Lake Superior and also took a boat trip to the Apostle Islands.


Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Novak and family of Bruce Mound were weekend visitors at the Albert Mohr home in Pine Valley.
