Boettcher, Helen Mae (26 May 1923 - 13 June 2011)

 

Helen Mae (Ryberg) Boettcher, 88, of Savage, MN, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2011, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, MN.  She was born May 26, 1923, to parents Melvin and Selma (Johnson) Ryberg in New Richmond, WI.  Helen and Roland Boettcher were married on June 6, 1952, at First Lutheran Church in New Richmond.

 

She will be loved and forever missed by her husband, Roland Boettcher; children: Mark Boettcher of St. Louis Park, Nancy (Charles ) Speier of Plymouth, and David (Sandy) Boettcher of St. Louis Park; grandchildren: Rebecca and Matthew Speier, Shane, Allison, and Marissa Boettcher; and brother, Leslie (Marge) Ryberg of New Richmond, WI.

 

Celebration of Life service was on Monday, June 20th, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, at Prior Lake, with a visitation time an hour and a half prior to the service.

 

Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters: Evelyn Lindberg and Thelma Ryberg.

 

Memorials are preferred to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 14085 Pike Lake Trail, Prior Lake, MN 55372.
