Janesville Settlement (15 November 1962)


Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nielsen entertained 11 friends Sunday in honor of their son, Harland, on his 12th birthday.  Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schwarze of Owen, Mrs. Anna Nielsen, Mrs. Aage Nielsen and Wayne, and Miss Eleanor Schwarze also attended.


Mrs. Frank Pakiz and son spent Wednesday in Eau Claire.


Mrs. Floyd Updyke, Sr., spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Duane Branstiter in Marshfield.


Mrs. Mary Barr, Mrs. Emma Braun and Mrs. Hugh Christie spent Friday with Mrs. Martha Meinholdt.


Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schwarze were overnight guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nielsen.


Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Updyke, Jr., of Marshfield, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hoffman and family of Gilman spent Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Updyke, Sr.


Mr. and Mrs. Fred Barr and Mrs. William Kavanaugh spent Monday and Tuesday in the Twin Cities.
