Foemmel’s Corners (7 January 1910)
Mrs. Harry Cattanah was taken suddenly ill Thursday evening. Dr. Ross was called in and he pronounced it appendicitis. At this writing, she is able to sit up.
Mrs. Heck, Mrs. Nonhof and son Glen drove over to Unity Saturday and returned Tuesday.
Lillie Ackerman came up from Neillsville Thursday to spent (spend) New Years at home.
Elsie Krause visited her friend Mrs. Dankemyer several days last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Theil called on her brother, Harry Cattanah and wife Friday afternoon.
Roy Lawrence and family were Sunday guests at the Geo. Huntley home.
It doesn’t really seem to be contagious, but still there seem to be quite a few young people getting married. Rella Osgood and Miss Bessie Wright being the happy ones this time
Frank Krause took supper at Truman Davis’ last Wednesday evening.
Dan Heft is visiting relatives at Green County this week.
Welda Heyder is looking after Mrs. Frei’s household duties during her absence.
Mrs. Truman Davis and daughters took supper with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Cattanah one evening last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Rella Osgood are now nicely settled in the home of Rella’s father.
