Telephone Companies Consolidate (21 January 1910)

 

The Loyal Exchange and York Center Telephone companies at their meeting at the town hall in this village on last Tuesday decided to consolidate and will in the future be known as the Clark County Telephone Company.  It is their intention to spread out and cover more territory.

 

The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: P. W. Hale, York Center, president; Joseph Bertz, vice-president; W. J. Rush, secretary; Geo. Anderson, treasurer; T. Emling, C. Esselman, Richard Free, M. F. Doyle and H. H. Christofferson, directors. - Loyal Tribune
