Mary Bogaard of Marshfield spent Sunday at her home here. 

 

C. H. Shaefer and J. F. Kadonsky were Athens visitors Wednesday. 

 

S. A. Henderson of Owen was a caller in Abbotsford Wednesday. 

 

Walter Jackson was a business visitor at Medford Tuesday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fults attended the funeral of an uncle at La Crosse Thursday.

 

Mrs. J. B. McCabe went to Chippewa Falls Wednesday where she will visit friends. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Luhrsen attended a one hundred anniversary banquet of McCormick Reaper given by the International Harvester Co. at Eau Claire Monday. 

 

Mrs. Ed Munson of Withee spent Tuesday and Wednesday with her mother, Mrs. Niles Parkhill. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Blazer and Louis Miles of Redville visited the Blazer home in Abbotsford Sunday. 

 

The R. N. A. will give a Bake Sale at the N. S.P. office at 2:30 Saturday afternoon. Everyone invited. Lunch will be served. 

 

Mrs. Frank Carpenter left for Fond du Lac Wednesday evening to attend the funeral of a relative there. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meyer of Colby visited at the home of Mrs. Meyer’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wilbert, Monday. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Alex Ireland went to Mosinee and Knowlton and visited Saturday and Sunday with relatives. 

 

Mrs. Stroud and granddaughter returned from Milwaukee where they have been visiting her son and family. 

 

Howard Blazer, Arthur Henry, Louis Miles and John Thomas were roller skating at Lake Esadore pavilion Sunday.

 

Louis Miller returned home from Romeo Monday where he ahs been helping his brother-in-law, who has been quite ill.

 

Mrs. Wm. Garbrecht and Mrs. Harvey Garbrecht and Mrs. Princtl and Mrs. Iver Johnson were Marshfield callers Tuesday. 

 

The Ladies Home Mission will have their annual meeting at the church basement next Wednesday, March 18th. Lunch will be served. 

 

George Lupient and daughter Eunice of Superior visited over the week end at the Fred Moecker home and at the Lupient home at Curtiss. 

 

Leonard Busch and Elizabeth Beach left for Tuscan, Arizona Monday where they will get Mrs. Busch and children who have spent the winter there. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Treat, Mr. and Mrs. John a. Olson and Mrs. and Mrs. Del Olson drove to Chippewa Falls Tuesday and visited at the Frank Juneau home. 

 

Mr. N. H. Laveen, who had been very ill with pneumonia the past two weeks, is reported to be gaining nicely. Her daughter Mrs. Wesley Stephens of Dorchester has been helping care for her.
