Lynn (18 March 1910)

 

The basket ball game with Greenwood Friday night resulted in a score of 10 to 11 in Lynn’s favor. The visiting team was given a reception at Max Opelt’s after the game.

 

John Breseman was taken to the hospital at Milwaukee last Thursday.

 

A farewell party was given for Miss Celia Hubing at the home of George Brooks Monday evening.

 

Otto Lustig is on the sick list.

 

Fred Hankey’s baby has been on the sick list.

 

Henry Grassman has departed for the west again.

 

Geo. Ure transacted business at Neillsville Saturday.

 

Laura Retzlaff and Miss White were Lynn callers Monday.

 

Mrs. Ernest Montag and son visited at F. Helm’s Sunday.

 

Max Opelt will give an Easter dance at the Lynn Bowery Monday, March 28. Good music will be in attendance.  Everybody is invited.
