Lustig, Otto (10 February 1882 - 23 February 1911)

 

Otto Lustig who for more than a year had been a patient sufferer of Hotchkin’s Disease was by his Savior’s call  relieved of his sufferings shortly after two o’clock Thursday morning.

 

Deceased was born to Ernest and Caroline Lustig in Neillsville 29 years ago the tenth of February, last.  Four years ago last November he was married to Miss Anna Schlinsog.  She with their three little ones, namely Irving of 3 years, Adelia of 2 years and baby Ernest of seven months remain to mourn this devoted husband and father’s untimely death.

 

The funeral will be held from the Mapleworks German Lutheran Church at 1:15 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Rev. Rathke officiating with interment to be made in the church cemetery beside the body of his father and that family gone before.  His aged mother who survives him has now of six children, born to her but two surviving, Fred a son and Emma, Mrs. Arthur Pitts of Tioga, a daughter.

 

The sympathy of the whole community goes out to the bereaved young widow and his aged mother through this, their sad loss.

 

Deceased met death with joy.  He was prepared and ready to go.  His young life was well and honorably spent, he well earning the life he now leads in glory.
