Christie (10 March 1911)

 

Sidney Morse delivered a large load of Cheese from the factory to the depot Tuesday.

 

We are glad to report Mrs. Mike Ganser is now able to be about again.

 

A large crowd attended the P____ sale Tuesday; everything sold well.

 

Aug. Kelch spent a few days at Whitewater the past week.

 

Amanda Garret is now employed at Chas Shaw’s for the coming season.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Aug M_____ who have been visiting relatives and friends at Lake Mills the past few weeks returned home Monday.

 

John Vandeberg and Dan Timerson transacted business at the Christie factory this week.

 

Walter Tragsdorf of Neillsville spent Sunday with F. Hannah.

 

John Westfall was a caller in our burg Monday.

 

Chas Shaw is at Loyal this week looking after his farm there.

 

Henry Bohnsack has the telephone poles cut ready for the phone in the spring.

 

The well drillers from Marshfield have completed their work at Wheeler’s and are now drilling for Aug. Kelch.

 

Herbert Fradette has purchased the Paul Heyder farm near Granton.
