Pleasant Ridge (14 March 1963)

 

Saturday evening guests at the Robert Kunze home were Charles Scholtz of Germantown and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Scholtz of Neillsville. Charles showed pictures of the Rose Bowl Game.

 

Greg and Debra Magnuson were cared for by their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Magnuson, while their mother, Mrs. Earl Magnuson, attended the state bowling meeting in Kenosha last weekend.

 

Arthur Hubing visited Wednesday with Tom Lund of Darby, Mont., who is a hospital patient in Marshfield.  The Lund family formerly resided in the Pray area and Mr. Lund at one time worked for the conservation department out of Black River Falls before moving to Montana.

 

The Women’s Society of Christian Service of the former Pleasant Ridge Church will meet today (Thursday) afternoon at the home of Mrs. George Kuehn.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Victor Pagenkopf and family of Platteville spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Clarion Counsell.
