Al Nonhof’s new milking machine came last week, but the engine which he order through Weif & Stelloh hasn’t come yet.

 

Frank Krejci helped Geo. hales saw wood Saturday.

 

Effie Davis and daughter spent Wednesday of last week with Mrs. Nichols.

 

Mrs. Nonhof is the proud possessor of a large kitchen cabinet.

 

Jennie Ackerman returned to school again in the middle of last week.

 

Mrs. Rella Osgood has a new upright piano.

 

You can’t touch Al Nonhof now, for his registered Holstein cow has a heifer calf.

 

Effie Davis attended the birthday party of Louis Lee last week Thursday afternoon.

 

Maud Nonhof attended the Circle at the home of Mrs. W.D. Rose last week Wednesday.

 

Tom and Vic Krejci cut wood by hand for Jake Schafer last week.

 

Last Sunday Fred Davis and children with their families, Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Tompkins, Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Pietenpol, Mr. and Mrs. R. Wentworth, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Williams, Al Nonhof and family, L. Hayden and family, making in all 39, met at John Pietenpol’s and helped him celebrate his birthday.

 

Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Effie Davis did shopping in Neillsville Tuesday.

 

Mr. and Schmucki, Mary and Joe Hefty spent Sunday at George Frei’s.

 

Nora Ackerman was a Sunday guest of her sister Mrs. Roehl.
