Globe (18 July 1963)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Grap of Milwaukee, who spent several days as house guests of his mother, Mrs. Martha Grap, also visited other relatives and were dinner and supper guests of Mrs. Hedwig Schoenherr and son, Victor, Friday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinkert visited Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow Sunday afternoon.

 

Gordon Thoma returned home Thursday after having surgery at Memorial Hospital last week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Henchen had as guests Wednesday evening in observance of the birthday of their son, James, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux, Louis Dux and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon, George and Frank Thoma and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Hediger and children, Mr. and Mrs. Danny Patey and family, Martin and Donald Kalsow, Mrs. Hilda Thoma, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Henchen.


Mr. and Mrs. William Miske of Cedarburg visited their cousins, Mrs. Hilda Thoma and August Meyer Saturday and Sunday morning. They drove on to northern Wisconsin.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Karalozak of Milwaukee and her mother, Mrs. Bertha Guk of Granton, visited Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert and daughters Thursday evening.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow spent Wednesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Peter Boon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Westphal visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinkert Friday afternoon and evening.

 

Clarence Huettenrauch of Milwaukee came Sunday morning, and in the afternoon his wife and children returned home with him.  they spent two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Grap, Sr., and other relatives.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Roland Kalsow visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow, Sunday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Schlinkert visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinkert Saturday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux, Louis Dux and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Gordon Thoma and family visited Frank and Mary Kozubik Sunday evening.  It was Mary’s birthday.  A lunch was served.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Northup and family of Chicago and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dux and family Friday. The group spent the evening with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thoma and family.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Frederickson and daughter from Iowa, Mrs. Ella Holtz and friend, Leland Schilling, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Henchen and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Patey and family, and his mother, Mrs. S. G. Patey, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dux and family, Mrs. Hilda Thoma and August Meyer, Mrs. Kurt Hediger and son Mark, spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Thoma and children.  The gathering was in honor of Mrs. Thoma’s birthday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klauer and Mrs. Victoria Eron spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Ted Mitte and son.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kunkel of Menomonee Falls called on Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klauer Wednesday evening.
