Wedding bells will soon be ringing. Paul Mais of Unity was a caller at Wm. Braun's Sunday.
Chris. Kasten and mother of Green Grove visited at Frank Horn's Sunday.
Minna Braun visited at Withee on her return from Eau Claire. She came home Sunday.
Universal bad luck seems to be following the farmers of this vicinity. O. Geisler had the misfortune to lose one of his horses last week and Fred Buker lost a couple of cows.
Under this head will be found an authentic list of Farms which have been named and reported to the editor, together with the name of the owner. The Gleaner will continue this list for at least a year, so that those who have given names to their farms will be more protected in the exclusive use of the name, at least in Clark county.
