Bruce Armitage drove to Colby last Saturday to visit friends a couple of days.


John Richardson and Orlo Robinson attended the state fair at Milwaukee last week.


Arthur Martindale had an auction last Friday, things sold well. He intends going to Dakota.

 

Mr. and Mrs. W.K. Armitage and Mrs. C. Broker and Ervin Young visited at Mat Schafer’s last Sunday.


It was S. McKimm’s funeral that was held in York Center church on Saturday, Sept. 7, instead of Mekin.

 

Joe Chase and wife are making preparations to move to Dakota soon. They expect to work George Smith’s claim.

 

Mr. Long is having a stone wall placed under his creamery at this place, also a cement floor. The work is nearly finished.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Mills and mother, Mrs. Calvin Mills, Mrs. Andy Christie and Mr. and Mrs. Len Shaw visited at Joe Chase’s last Sunday.
