Lowe, Harold E. (12 JUN 1898 - 11 JUL 1959)

 

Harold E. Lowe, 61, Chippewa Falls, manager of Foremost Blue Moon Cheese Co. of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), died Saturday morning at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls.

 

Mr. Lowe was born June 12, 1898 in Iowa and had been a resident of Chippewa Falls since 1954, coming here from Philadelphia.  His marriage to Marie Webb took place July 26, 1926 in St. Paul, Minn.

 

Mr. Lowe was a member of the Elks Lodge, 1326, Chippewa Falls; Chippewa Shrine Club; Medinah Temple of Chicago; Evanston Commandery No. 58, Knights Templar; Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Chicago; A.F. and A.M. Lodge, No. 931, Wilmette, Ill., and Wilmette Chapter 253.

 

Surviving are his wife, Marie; one son, Robert of Evansville, Ind.; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph …. (some of my copy was cut off) … brothers, Charles of Omaha, Neb., Pierson of North Brook, Ill., four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

 

The remains were taken to St. Paul on Monday morning where services of interment were held on Tuesday at the Wilwerschide Mortuary at 11 a.m.  Burial was in St. Paul.

 

Masonic ritual was conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday night at the funeral home in Chippewa Falls.
