Cebelinski, Catherine (23 APR 1885 - 10 APR 1959)

 

Mrs. Catherine Bonk Cebelinski, 74, of the Town of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away of a stroke at the Stanley Victory Memorial Hospital at 8:00 a.m. on Aug. 10, 1959.

 

The deceased was born in Chicago on April 23, 1885.  She was united in marriage to Alex Cebelinski in 1904 at St. Ann’s Church there.  She came to Thorp with her husband in 1911 and they located on a farm in the Town of Withee where she resided until death.

 

She is survived by her husband; one son Bernard at home, two daughters, (Victoria) Mrs. Lee Schonlau of Kerriville, Texas and (Elizabeth) Mrs. Ray W. Schmidt of Thorp; one brother, Stanley bonk of Chicago; three sisters, Miss Frances Bonk and Mrs. Agnes Czernicki of Chicago, and Sister Mary Placentia (Felician Order) of Milwaukee.

 

She was a member of the Women’s Catholic Order of Foresters of Chicago.

 

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church here at 9:30 o’clock Thursday morning, Aug. 13th, Rev. Father Disher officiating, and interment following in St. Hedwig’s New Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Joe Panek, Walter Marek, Art Stewart, Leon Marek, Stanley Hecker and Frank Hoffman.

 

Out of town relatives attending the funeral were Sister Placentia of Milwaukee, Mrs. Agnes Czernicki, Stanley Bonk, Michael Pozdzal, Konstanty Cebelinski, Mr. and Mrs. Nat Cebelinski and Mrs. Pauline Druzek, all of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Schonlau of Kerriville, Texas.
