Quinlan, Harold Marshall (17 October 1897 - 14 September 1963)
Harold M. Quinlan, 65, of Neillsville, died suddenly Saturday of a heart attack while getting trees in Jackson County. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. W.C. Koehler officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Harold Marshall Quinlan was born October 17, 1897, in Eau Claire. He received his education in Eau Claire schools and did landscape work before and after his entry in World Wars I and II. He had made his home with a sister-in-law, Mrs. Eva Quinlan, since 1943. He had been in poor health for several years.
He is survived by two sons, C PO Harold W. Quinlan of Toms River, N. J.; and Dan Quinlan Steahr of Eau Claire; and by four sisters, Mrs. Grace Noyes, Mrs. Helen Badnarski, Mrs. George (Vivian) Salter, and Mrs. Gunner (Irene) Berg, all of Eau Claire. Seven grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Harold M. Quinlan, 65, of Neillsville, who died September, 14, 1963, were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. W. C. Koehler officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Arnold Gustman, Bergen Smith, Floyd E. Short, Edgar Tews, Irvin Marg, all of Neillsville, and Harold D. Johnson of Merrillan. Honorary pallbearers were: Charles Hubing, Dave Parry, William Ruchaber and E. H. Snyder.
"Lead Kindly Light" and "Abide with Me" were sung by Wilfred B. Galstad, accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott.
People from away attending the service were: CPO Harold W. Quinlan of Toms River, N. J.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold D. Johnson of Merrillan; Mr. and Mrs. George Salter, Mr. and Mrs. Gunner Berg, Mrs. Grace Noyes, Mrs. Helen Badnarski, Mrs. Art Steahr, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fauser, Dean A. Steahr and Mr. and Mrs. Werner Taves, all of Eau Claire; Mr. and Mrs. Marshal Fotland of Eau Claire and J. W. Wigham of Chicago, Ill.
