The Eau Claire Bridge Company is in town fixing up bridges.

Louis Scholtz left last Monday for Kansas to work through harvest.

Mrs. St. Germain and Hattie Sparks are expected home Wednesday from Plainfield.

What is the matter of Sherwood now?  Mr. G. Bender of Shortville has opened up a general store and moved his family in last Monday, and is doing a rushing business.  Now watch Sherwood thrive.

Joe Koeb of Chicago is staying at Scholtz’s this week.
