Mrs. Elmer Dennis is on the sick list this week.

Mrs. Langdon Nichols and Mrs. John Breese visited at Ed Coils’ last Tuesday.

Miss Maria Davis has been engaged to teach our school this year.

Mrs. F. Johnson is ill with another attack of stomach trouble.

Miss Elsie Johnson has been engaged to teach school in the Wilke district and Adelma Nickel in the Roder district.

The Misses Winifred Bundy, Marion Smith and Ruth Lee drove to Heathville Tuesday and visited the Ell Lee and Sherman Davis families.

Leo Chapel and family visited at Richard Downer’s Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Converse have been visiting relatives and old friends in this vicinity for a couple of weeks.

Miss Florence Converse is helping Mrs. Dennis with her housework this week.

Miss Winifred Bundy spent last Thursday with Mrs. Clifford Winn.

Lue Smith, family and guests, Clay Converse and Mrs. Frank Converse, were entertained at H. Pietenpol’s Saturday evening.
