Threshing is being done this week.  Moldenhauer is doing the work.  The grain is the best to be found.  They can’t beat Sherwood for good crops.

 

Christ Fentz made a business trip  to Neilslville Tuesday.

 

Sadie Ziemendorf returned to Grand Rapids to work.

 

Max Opelt was in town Monday with a salesman who took a big order at the store.

 

Ada and Lucille Ziemendorf are spending the week with their sister Mrs. R.C. Schreiber at the store.

 

Saturday is fair day at Pittsville.

 

There will be a free dance at Sherwood Hall Sept. 13th.

 

Get you guns ready, chicken season opens Sunday, Sept. 7th..
