Mrs. Mary Redmond and daughter Mattie spent last week with relatives in this vicinity.

 

Wm. Vande Berg and A.P. Fulwiler went blackberrying over near the Black River Thursday.

 

Eli Heck is building the foundation for Norman Shafer’s silo.

 

Earl Lawrence and Forest Rowe each brought home a new corn binder from Neillsville last week.

 

Henry Peat left for his home at Fresno, Calif. Last Thursday.

 

Mrs. Susie Benedict and children went to Marshfield Monday for a few days visit with her parents.

 

Wm. Lawrence painted the schoolhouse in District No. 2 on Tuesday.

 

Ben Wilber of Neillsville did some fine jobs of white washing barns for Mel Turner, W.H. Turner, H.G. Graves, Frank Ferris and John Vande Berg.

 

Wm. Vande Berg laid the foundation for A.P. Fulwiler’s silo the latter part of last week.
