Cornwell, Dorothy #2 (27 APR 1963)

 

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday, April 27, 1963, at 7:00 p.m. in a double ring ceremony uniting in marriage Mrs. Dorothy Jane Cornwell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orville Radley, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and Emanuel A. Dutzle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dutzle of Owen.

 

The Rev. Kenneth A. Whitney officiated at the Trinity Methodist Church in Beaver Dam.  Mr. Radley gave his daughter in marriage.  She was attired in a blue satin street length dress covered with white lace, full gathered skirt, matching jacket with three-quarter length sleeves and Peter Pan collard, and the jacket buttoned down the back.  She wore a matching headpiece of blue daisies, white accessories.  Her corsage was of pink roses and sweet peas.

 

The matron, sister of the bride, Mrs. Melvin Ewert of Milwaukee, wore a beige stin brocade street length dress with three-quarter length sleeves with yellow accessories and matching hat of yellow daisies.  Her corsage was yellow roses and sweet peas.

 

The flower girl, Darla Jean Ewert, Milwaukee, niece of the bride wore a pink nylon full gathered skirt and white accessories.  She carried a bouquet of pinks, blue daisies and lily of the valley.  The ring bearer was Ivan Cornwell, son of the bride.  The best man was Dan Dutzle Jr., Mayville, brother of the groom.  The ushers were Loren Davis Dutzle, Mayville, brother of the groom, and Melvin K. Ewert, Milwaukee, brother-in-law of the bride.

 

The mother of the bride wore a light blue crepe dress with black accessories and a corsage of pink roses and the mother of the groom wore a beige dress with navy dots and beige accessories.  She also wore a corsage of pink roses.

 

The reception was held at 8:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall in Beaver Dam.  There were 75 guests present.

 

Mr. Dutzle is employed as paint sprayer at the Fliteway Sales at Horicon.  They will live at the Beaver Mobile Homes Park at Beaver Dam.

 

Out of town guests were from Chippea Falls, Thorp, Stanley, Withee, Owen, Curtiss, Ripon, Markesan, Sun Prairie, Milwaukee, Mayville, Horicon and Lombard, Ill.
