H.A. Knoll, Fred Dankemyer and John Rollins left here Saturday for Sheldon to spend a few days hunting.


George Gerritts finished his season’s work for W.R. Happe on Thursday and began working for Henry Gerritts Friday afternoon.


Reuben Fields and Gordon Davis delivered stock to Chili Friday.


Willie Happe and sisters Alma and Irene, and Albert and Sam Lindow autoed to Marshfield Friday evening to attend a party.


Herman Ketel is plastering the new schoolhouse in District No. 8.


Freeman Dankemyer was taken suddenly ill the first of last week with appendicitis, and was taken to the hospital at Eau Claire where a successful operation was performed.


Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Hadden and two children were callers at Gordon Davis’ Sunday afternoon.


Mr. and Mrs. Frank Davis were seen on our streets Sunday.


Miss Pearl Brown and her nephew Clare Davis spent Sunday at Veefkind.


Mrs. Martin Dankemyer has been very ill since Sunday night.


Otto Schmidtke and Richard Balka left last week for Park Falls to work in the wood.


Wellie Davis and Otto Kempin started Monday night for the northern hunting grounds.


Mrs. S. Davis and son Elton were out for a pleasure ride Tuesday afternoon.


Our Romadka correspondent must have poor luck gather items at home so come to Heathville to find something to write about.
