The bridegroom was Gary A. Etten, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence J. Etten of route 1, Dorchester.

Mrs. Leonard LaBerge was the organist for the Mass, which was sung by Mrs. Raymond Paulson and Mrs. Harold Hauser.  Altar decorations included peonies, painted daisies and lupines of assorted colors.

George Kadonsky, Abbotsford, was in charge of seating the wedding guests who came from Milwaukee, Colby, Abbotsford, Medford, Eau Claire, Dorchester and from Wichita, Kansas, besides the immediate area.

The bride was seen in a chapel length sheath of Chantilly lace with organza over taffeta train.  Her headpiece was an organza petal hat with cabbage roses accented with pearls and crystals.  She carried an arrangement of red roses and greenery.

Preceding the bride to the altar were her aides, Miss Carol J. Dums, Eau Claire, the maid of honor, and Mrs. James Kalson of Owen, Miss Dorothy Schopper of Abbotsford, Mrs. Wayne Kay of Milwaukee and Mrs. Judith Leonhard, Colby, the bridesmaids.

They wore peau de soie street length dresses made with scoop necklines and draped bodices.  They had crowns of organza petals with pearlized flowers securing their blush veils and carried a floral arrangement.

James Kalson, Owen, was the best man, with the groomsmen being Ken Swain, Wichita, Kan., Larry Etten, Dorchester, Wayne Kay, Milwaukee, and Jerry Gonnering, Dorchester.

Following the ceremony dinner was served in the church basement.  The reception was held in the C.O.F. Hall.

The newlyweds left on a honeymoon trip which began in northern Wisconsin and will terminate in the southern part of Florida.  They will reside at 300 Merrill Drive, Milton, Florida.

Mrs. Etten, a 1960 graduate of the Colby High School, has been employed by the Packaging Corp. of America, Colby.  Her husband, who was graduated in 1955 from Medford High School, holds the rank of petty officer, first class in the U.S. Navy.
