Freie, Barbara (Marriage - 12 June 1965)

 

Miss Barbara Freie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond H. Freie of Latimer, Ia., became the bride of Louis J. Greub, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Greub of Humbird, Saturday, June 12. The double ring ceremony was performed in Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton, Ia.

 

The bride’s attendants were Mrs. Richard Anderson of Pocahontas, Ia., and Miss Sue Ann Miller.  Flower girl was Miss Brenda Burmester.

 

The groom was attended by Roland Schwanke of Vama, Ill., and Dick Traschel of Rochester, Minn. Ringbearer was Boyd Bergmann of Independence, Mo.

 

The new Mrs. Greub is a research technician in the agronomy department at Iowa State University. Mr. Greub is presently working towards a PhD degree in agronomy there.

 

They have returned from a short wedding trip to the Black Hills and are residing at 3309 West Street, Ames, Ia.
