Galstad, Kathleen Grace (19 May 1944 - 19 August 1965)

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Calvary Lutheran Church for Miss Kathleen Galstad, 21, of Neillsville, who died August 19, in Moran, Wyo.  The Rev. E. G. Burtness officiated.  Burial was made in King’s Valley Cemetery, Osseo.

Kathleen Grace Galstad was born May 19, 1944, in Eau Claire, daughter of Wilfred and Helen (Gunderson) Galstad. She attended Neillsville schools and was a 1962 graduate of the Neillsville High School. She attended Wisconsin State University-Eau Claire and the Winona Secretary College before accepting a position at Memorial Hospital on November 1, 1963.

She was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church, the American Lutheran Church Women, church choir, was a Sunday school teacher and a councilor of the Luther League. She also was a member of the Beaux Arts Club, and the Western Wisconsin Association of Medical Record Librarians.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred B. Galstad; a sister, Marilyn at home and a brother, Stanley, also at home.

Funeral arrangements were made by the Georgas Funeral Home.
