An Angel Mass was read for Anita Jean Dow in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Loyal at 10 a.m. Friday, June 20. The Rev. Norbert King officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
Anita Jean Dow was born in Chicago Sept. 14, 1956 and died in a Chicago hospital of lobar pneumonia June 18. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dow and by a brother, Robert Dow, Jr. of Chicago; by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Welsh, Loyal; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Dow, Greenwood; and a maternal great grandmother, Mrs. John Neubauer, Medford.
Serving as pallbearers at the service were Sally Davel, Rebecca Will, Roseann Myre, and Dolores Wolf.
Coming from out of town to attend the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dow, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Johnson and son, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Margenflash, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Monnier and boys of Roby, Indiana;
Mr. and Mrs. Irving Dow, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Orsburn, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Orsburn, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Aumann, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pastor, all of Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Casmir Schultz, Mrs. Ben :Lange, Mrs. Frank Schmeister, Mrs. John Vesnefsky, Mrs. Art Doming, and Mrs. John Neubauer, Sr., all of Medford.
