Grabowski, Mary Ann (? - 3 APR 1960)

 

Funeral services were held at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Gilman, Thursday, April 7, for Mrs. Maryann Grabowski, who passed away at the home of her daughter in Gilman on April 3, 1960, of old age.  Rev. John Dzurko officiated at the ten a.m. service and burial was made in Meadowbrook Cemetery.

 

Mary Ann Rosinski was born in Poland, coming to America in 1900.  She resided in Chicago and near Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) until the death of her husband in 1923, after which time she made her home with her children.

 

Surviving are 2 sons, John of Gilman, Joseph of Thorp, two daughters, Mrs. Tom (Mary) Kornesczuk, Gilman, Mrs. Anton (Victoria) Laska, Chicago, 34 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. 

 

Pallbearers were Anton Kornesczuk, Anton Laska, John Rogalski, Henry Kopacz, Casey Kornesczuk and Anton Saulie.

 

Those from out of town attending the funeral were: Mrs. Lottie Misium, Mrs. Marie Winiecki, Casey Kornesczuk, Mrs. Louis Rosinski, Mrs. Andrew Bork, Marlene Laska, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Laska, all of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kopacz, Wis. Rapids, Mrs. Charles Langberg and friends from Thorp.
