Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Adams celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Friday, Nov. 17.


Earl Lawrence came Thursday for a visit with relatives and friends.


Dan Timerson sawed wood for A. C. Turner Saturday and Tuesday.


There was no school Friday in surrounding districts on account of teachers’ institute.


Jim and Agnes Norris drove down from Greenwood Saturday night and made an over Sunday visit with Mrs. Stella Mortimer.


Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Rowe spent Sunday with Mrs. S. Mortimer.


Dan Timerson and wife cleaned the school house Friday.


Harry Emling drove down from Spencer Friday after an engine he purchased of John Vande Berg.


Ed Voigt delivered a cow to Neillsville Thursday.


Horace Lawrence delivered a cow to Granton Tuesday.


John Vande Berg delivered a load of hogs to Neillsville Tuesday.


Miss Carrie Richardson is the guest of Miss Sadie Palmer.


Will Vande Berg hauled a load of onions to Neillsville Wednesday in exchange for a pair of sleighs.


Farmers in this vicinity are busy hauling wood to Neillsville.


It is reported that Mr. D. Curtiss has sold his farm to Scott Davis of Granton. Consideration not known
