Schultze, Anna (27 AUG 1886 - 24 AUG 1960)

 

Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon, Aug. 29 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, Stanley, for Mrs. Anna B. Schultze who died at Victory Hospital here Wednesday.  The Rev. R.W. Olson officiated and burial was made in Oakland Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Schultze was born Aug. 27, 1886 in Calumet County.  She moved to the town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.) with her parents when a young girl.  She was married to Hans Schultze in 1908 and they farmed in Worden until 1937.

 

Mrs. Schultze was employed a a practical nurse for two years and then worked at the Chippewa County Hospital for 10 years.  She also cared for elderly person.

 

Surviving are one son, Lawrence of Chicago, Ill., one daughter, Mrs. Chester Roytek, Stanley; two brothers, Frank and Walter Braatz, Thorp; one sister, Mrs. Emil Seefeldt, Stanley.  There are seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
