Funeral services for Robert DeWitt Hodge, 41, were held at the Myre Funeral Home Tuesday, July 3, with Rev. Douglas Stewart, pastor of the Missionary Baptist Church at Greenwood, officiating. Mr. Hodge died at his home on route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 1962. Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery.

Pallbearers were members of his Sunday school class: David and Ronald Webster, Ronald McBride, Harold Branstiter, Jerry Kelty, and Brent Richardson. Mrs. Earl Richards and Mrs. John Baughman sang "Good Nigh and Good Morning." They were accompanied by Mrs. Ernest Baughman at the organ.

Relatives and friends attending from away were Miss Tana Kaye Hodge, new York; R.H. Wills, Bowen, Ill.; Thomas Wills, Minooka, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Jules Stelter, Engadine, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kuhn, Gassville, Ark.; Mrs. Olga Weide, Mr. and Mrs. Art Fritzler, Chicago, Ill.; Oscar Leckman, Winthrop Harbor, Ill.; Dick Leckman Waukegan, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. John Hellinger, Chicago, Ill.; Rev. and Mrs. Victor Gross, Portage; and many others from Greenwood and Neillsville and surrounding areas.
